Sarah Bell has been a full-time agent since 2016 and opened Gold Bell Real Estate in 2022. Five years ago, she joined the St. Charles County network of the Women's Council of REALTORS® as a member and after climbing the ladder of governing board positions, she was elected as the 2022 network President. She stays involved with her local real estate association as a Board of Director member and serving on many diverse committees. She was also the 2020 REALTOR® Salesperson of the Year in St. Charles County.
On a Missouri state level, Sarah is in her second term as a State Director and has been elected as the 2024 Treasurer of the Missouri Women's Council of REALTORS®.

Her recent appointment as the President-Elect of St. Charles REALTORS is her next challenge and we can't wait to see what the future brings with this opportunity.

Darrel Lackey brings years of real estate experience to the table! He also spent many years specializing as a financial advisor and even spent 4 years as the Mayor of Wentzville from 1992-1996. He is heavily involved in community organizations like the Wentzville Rotary Club (where he served as President two different times), Knights of Columbus, and the Wentzville Downtown Business Association where he holds a board of director seat.
Darrel enjoys watching sporting events, traveling around the world and spending time with his wonderful family.

Javier Gonzalez has a degree and background in marketing and brings his experience and knowledge of finding those hidden gem properties and renovating them to perfection.
Javier loves to travel all over the world, is a huge soccer and Marvel movie fan and is fluent in Spanish. He plans to help the Hispanic community realize their potential as homeowners and has all the tools to be a stong supporter and advisor to many families.

He brings a wealth of experience as a property manager, contractor and real estate investor. After just recently finishing his own home as the general contractor, Cody has the knowledge and firsthand experience to guide you through new contruction, buying and selling resale homes and commercial properties, as well as land and farm sales.
