Seller
You've decided to sell! Congrats! But don't get too comfortable... In fact, things are about to get a little uncomfortable-but don't worry! My job as a REALTOR® is to guide you down the most productive path to selling your home and I am all in if you are!! Time to achieve some goals! The hardest part is making the plan so let's get started:
Step 1
Have me over to your home for a listing consultation. No fee just to talk and no obligation to work with me if we do. I can help you figure out your main goal for selling and start the process from there. Each person's journey has its own special carnival ride of fun (sarcastic) so we'll get prepared for the what-if's and the 'worst case scenario' that all you doomsayers are so eager to know about. Things may not always go perfect but our plan is to stay ahead of the hurdles so we clear them everytime and keep moving forward.
Step 2

Start prepping the house for photos, showings and inspections. Photo day will happen first and jamming the clutter in the closets for photos may be the only option we have. Then the organized packing needs to start. And the purging of useless garbage!!! Things get boxed and moved to the garage or storage unit. Surfaces start clearing off and the cleaning begins! Oh joy! Don't forget there are professional cleaners out there and they are worth every dime. Showings, could be one- could be 100! This part can be frustrating when your personal space is invaded but it is necessary to get that perfect buyer to stroll through and say, "Let's write an offer!" And once they do and we go under contract, guess what's next? The inspector comes with a flashlight and a keen eye for defects! Yikes. It's alright, we'll get prepared ahead of time to take care of anything that would throw a red flag.
Step 3

Once we accept an offer, the carnival ride takes off! Is your seat belt even buckled?? Don't worry! I have been on this ride many times and it's always different. It goes up and then it goes down...and sometimes down again...but we're prepared for whatever is thrown our way whether it is repairs to deal with, a low appraisal or even a buyer who breaches the contract. No matter what happens, we keep moving forward to achieve your goals. When closing day comes you'll be glad we worked together because the journey we took was well thought out, profitable and you are now onto your next season of life.
